  • What warranty do I get on a used phone?

    Every used phone comes with a shop warranty. Duration and coverage are printed on the bill at the counter. Bring the bill and the phone if you ever need service.

  • What do I need for EMI?

    For most cards, just your PAN and a working debit or credit card. Some no-cost EMI options also work on UPI or select bank cards. Ask on WhatsApp with your bank and we'll confirm.

  • How does exchange work?

    Bring your old phone. We test it, quote you a fair exchange value, and you pay only the difference on the new or used phone you're picking up.

  • Do you buy phones from customers directly?
